What We Do

Some of us love puzzles. I’m one of those people.

Solving business puzzles is fun. Engaging businesses to think creatively about what might be, and empowering people and groups to stretch requires more than just creative imagination—it’s about helping people tell their stories; and coaching and facilitating teams, particularly teams that cross organizational boundaries.

New product launches, joint ventures, or channel disintermediation can be both incredibly energizing and stressful. As a consultant, I provide ideas that improve margins or sales performance; help implement business practices and processes necessary for successful technology implementations or cross-selling; and most of all, help teams listen to the wisdom in the room. Together, we are more than the sum of our parts. Together, we create ideas that bring forth positive change.

My consulting practice is wide ranging. I’ve consulted on change management, including design and facilitation of conferences ranging from 20 to 400 people. I’ve facilitated international conferences in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I’ve helped entrepreneurs and division management teams develop successfully funded business plans.

Clients value my advice, coaching.  and my ability to manage diverse and occasionally combative teams to work towards common goals.
